Many of the galleries that participate in Oakland’s highly popular Art Murmur gallery scene are extending their First Friday festivities to include Saturday hours, in what is hoped will lure in art enthusiasts who prefer a lower profile scene.
The Saturday Stroll is quieter and more focused on the art in the galleries. It will run every Saturday afternoon, from 1 to 5 pm.
