Created by the Bay Area’s scientific, cultural, and educational institutions, the Bay Area Science Festival returns with a 10-day festival, scheduled October 24 – November 2, 2013.
The festival provides a wide range of science & technology activities – lectures, debates, exhibitions, concerts, plays, workshops and more at a locations throughout the Bay Area.
Expect similar events in 2013, including the return of Discovery Days in Santa Rosa, Hayward, and San Francisco.

Get your hands dirty learning the science behind the still with INFORUM and the Bay Area Science Festival as we dive into the chemistry behind the cocktail. Geek out over interactive beverage creation stations, and enjoy a drink (or three).
Tickets include tastings from the Bay’s best boozeries, molecular gastronomy-style cocktails made by expert SF mixologists, hands-on distilling demos, mini-interviews with the master distillers, and the chance to have a robot serve you a drink.
