Secession Art & Design Happy Hour | Mission Dist. Celebrate the change of weather and the change of art at our Happy Hour party from 5-9pm. It’s your last chance to take home art from Heather Robinson and Brian Schuck show. Mix, sip, nibble, and mingle with Secession artists and designers. Bring a jar for wine.

About Heather Robinson:
Heather Robinson’s newest works are about the complexities and contradictions of the idea of “home.” Home can be a happy, safe retreat – a nest – and at the same time be an entangling attachment – a net. Borrowing materials, motifs and techniques from traditional domestic arts – painted textile patterns, crocheted lace, and embroidered words and details – she explores the qualities of the net/nest.
