Event Details

Join in for a leisurely 4.4 mile bike ride from Dolores Park to a French-themed picnic in Hellman Hollow in Golden Gate Park.

Free, but an RSVP is required

The ride is inspired by the Parisian Béret Baguette, an extremely picturesque bicycle ride that takes place in Paris every summer. Think of it as the French answer to the Tweed Run.

Their first Beret Baguette in 2015 was a fantastic way to meet other fashionable, sensation-seeking bicyclists.

About The Bike Ride:

  • Distance: 4.4 Miles
  • Estimated Time: 1 hour at a leisurely pace
  • 11:00 am – Meet at Dolores Park
  • 12:30 pm – Picnic at Hellman Hollow in Golden Gate Park
  • Bring a picnic lunch, a blanket, and plenty of good cheer.
  • Style is more important than speed.

There will be prizes for:

  • Best Dressed – $50 gift certificate from Relic Vintage
  • Prettiest Bike
  • Best Picnic

See and be seen with Parisian flair as they celebrate this fun tradition of berets, baguettes, and bikes.
