2013 Succulent & Cactus Society Show & Sale | Golden Gate Park
Out to please gardeners looking for unusual plants at prices easy on their garden budget, members of the San Francisco Succulent & Cactus Society will show off the entire range of succulents grown by Bay Area gardeners.
The sale will include many vendors from California and beyond selling diverse forms of succulents, cacti, pottery, bromeliads, and more. Throughout the weekend event, members of the SFSCS will be available to answer questions about plant care and about joining the society.
2013 Succulent & Cactus Society Show & Sale
June 8-9, 2013 | 9 am to 5 pm
SF County Fair Building, 1199 9th Ave, San Francisco
The 2013 theme will be “Plants from Outer Space,” featuring plant oddities from the world of succulents. In addition to the usual display of special or unique plant specimens, the show will include cool and bizarre succulents in cultivation to keep one fascinated and obsessed for a few lifetimes. You are encouraged to vote for your favorite plant.
Every half hour, there will be a free raffle and winners will take home a free plant.
