Local music fans are gearing up for warm weather and smooth sounds with the arrival of SFJazz Summerfest at the Stanford Shopping Center.

Steve Lucky & The Rhumba Bums - June 14

The “summertime blues” can only be a good thing when this Bay Area boogie woogie icon and his red hot band kicks off Summerfest. With guitarist & vocalist Miss Carmen Getit by his side, the prodigious pianist and his cohorts bring jump blues, infectious swing and 1950s R&B to the Stanford stage.

The ten-week concert series is hosted by Stanford Shopping Center and produced by SFJAZZ, a leading non-profit jazz organization on the West Coast .
