Event Details

The Francisco Park Conservancy and the SF Recreation & Park Department are co-hosting a Design Update Open House to share the latest designs of the new Francisco Park on the 4.2 acre site of an unused reservoir which sits on a slope in the Marina between Larking and Hyde Street and ending at Bay Street.

Please join in for this community gathering on February 10, 2018 at 10am at the Moscone Rec Center, where the project team will discuss the details of three major park elements: the children’s playground, community garden, and dog play area.

They will also share the full park’s conceptual design based on consensus feedback received from their community outreach efforts, which was shared at the last community meeting in May 2017. View the park designs and plans

This will be the final community meeting prior to approval hearings before the Recreation and Park Commission in March. Please come discuss the latest designs and celebrate the momentum.

Children and families are welcome. Light snacks will be provided. Please note there is no parking available at the facility.
