Sleepy Hollow’s Fourth of July Parade & Pool Party | 2023

The 2023 Sleepy Hollow 4th of July parade, which features floats, classic cars, decorated bikes, and lots of red, white, and blue, typically kicks off from Oak Knoll Drive and Butterfield Road at 11 am on July 4, 2023.

July 4th Schedule:

8:30 a.m. – Fun Run – Sign-up begins at 8:30 a.m. near the entrance to Sleepy Hollow at Butterfield and Deer Hollow Road.  The plan is to start the race at 9:00 a.m. to avoid conflict with the parade. 

11:00 a.m. – Parade – Register your float or parade participation idea at shhajuly4th@gmail.com.  Classic cars, decorated bikes, scooters, dogs, etc., all welcome, we just need you to register so we can organize the line-up.  SPECIAL NOTE:  You need to be at the entrance to Sleepy Hollow by 10:30 a.m. SHARP with your float or parade costume on!  

Note: Due to the drought, please DO NOT throw water balloons or spray hoses this year. Hopefully we’ll be back to normal next year but until then conserve water.

Noon – Lunchtime – There will be the Flag raising, anthem singing, pool swimming (with pool games starting at 2 pm). Two food trucks will be outside the Community Center. Pre-order your food here (details coming soon). Non-Alcoholic drinks, beer and wine will be served all day at the bar.

2:00 – 5:00 p.m. – Live Music – Our pool will be open until 5pm, so let the kids swim while you listen to our local band, Stone Fish. They will be playing on the lawn area.
