Sofitel San Francisco Bay waterfront hotel becomes the first Sofitel location worldwide to feature a multi-sensory, interactive and digital art gallery onsite at a special grand opening reception on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 4:30 – 6 pm.
Light bites, refreshments and live entertainment will be provided throughout the event. As part of the festivities, guests are encouraged to circulate among the seven, 55″ ultra-HD, color-corrected SmArtGallery monitors showcasing curated artworks selected from Daylighted’s deep network of local artists. Featured art will include works from talented emerging and mid-career artists including abstract painter am Stöhr, award winning photographer Hal Eastman and mixed-media artist Derek James Lynch.
Though this event is free and open to the public, space is limited. Immediately following the art gallery reception, guests are invited to enjoy a weekly jazz concert with saxophonist Michael O’Neill from 6-9 pm.
