Event Details

Rujak or Rojak, a traditional fruit and vegetable salad, is commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Rujak is Malay for mixture. Have you ever tasted Sambal, the Indonesian hot sauce?

Morsinah Katimin, owner of San Francisco’s Sajen Jamu, Inc., will demonstarte making this healthy mix. Rujak is used to celebrate many special occasions in Malaysia and Indonesia.
