Written by Grammy winners Steve Martin and Edie Brickell comes Bright Star, the new bluegrass musical that “brings a fresh breeze to the theater” (New York Times) starring the “irresistible” Carmen Cusack (SF Gate).

This “downright wonderful” (Newsday) original musical comes to San Francisco for the first time at the historic Curran theater, telling a sweeping tale of love and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the American South in the 1920s and ‘40s.
