Watch the setting sun and greet the rising moon at this wild edge of the continent and see the still active Point Bonita Lighthouse on Friday, December 28, 2012.
Dress warmly and bring a flashlight. Meet park staff and docents at the Point Bonita Lighthouse trailhead.
Free, but an RSVP is required. Call (415) 331-1540. Limited to 50 people; program fills quickly.
Please note, getting there is a challenge. Parking is limited and the 0.5-mile walk is steep and precarious. Continue down Field Road until you reach a small parking lot and the start of the Point Bonita trailhead.
