Event Details

It’s official. Recent research from the American Psychological Association has indicated that the public is stressed out by their political climate like never before, Republican and Democratic alike. Part of the problem is that political discourse and behavior has gotten uglier than ever. The director of the Spirituality and Health Institute at Santa Clara University, clinical professor of psychiatry at Stanford and author of Do the Right Thing: Living Ethically in an Unethical World joins us to talk about how to manage our Post Election Stress Disorder and how to find a way to bring civility, compassion and the common good back into political discourse.
