Author Lisa Alpine (Wild Life: Travel Adventures of a Worldly Woman and Exotic Life: Travel Tales of an Adventurous Woman) hosts an ensemble of writers for this series of literary travel tales from around the globe.
Free, but an RSVP is recommended.
They will read and talk stories from some of their best published works at each program. Authors will also be signing and selling their books at each event.
Speakers include:
- Travel writer, photographer, and motojournalist Christopher P. Baker—Lowell Thomas Award ‘Travel Journalist of the Year’—is the author of Mi Moto Fidel: Motorcycling Through Castro’s Cuba.
- Camille Cusumano, former editor a VIA magazine, is the author Tango, an Argentine Love Story. She has written for National Geographic Traveler, Los Angeles Times, and the New York Times.
- Diane LeBow, Travelers’ Tales Best Woman Travel Writer award recipient, BATW President emerita, writes and publishes about love, sex, and adventure around the world.
- Lisa Alpine is the author of Wild Life: Travel Adventures of a Worldly Woman and Exotic Life: Travel Tales of an Adventurous Woman (Best Women’s Adventure Memoir BAIPA Book Awards).
- Robin Sparks writes about expatriate life from Bali, to Istanbul, Argentina, Brazil and beyond. She runs her Turkish company Oneworld from her Lumbong in Bali.
