Holiday Spirit Hike: Walk to Cocoa & Peppermint Schnapps | SF

Throw a little exercise into your holidays and walk across the city toward hot cocoa with peppermint schnapps. It’s the last hike of 2012 led by Jill Katz, an SF hiker, guide and finder of yummy things at the end of the road.

Free, but RSVP is required, and you’ll need a few bucks for hot cocoa & yer schnapps.

Meet at the Golden Gate Park entrance on Stanyan/Haight Street across from Whole Foods, then proceed to walk across the city in search of the holiday spirit and splendor and sparkly lights and gingerbread houses and trains and end at Union Square where you will find a cozy place to sip on Hot Cocoa with Peppermint Schnapps (bring a few bucks for cocoa.)
