Do something different during your lunch break and come to Total Wellness 2013 at Embarcadero Center. Enjoy free health testing, rock climbing, massages and more from 11 am to 2 pm on Thursday, June 13, 2013

Incorporating all facets of physical and mental fitness, Total Wellness includes a variety of health screenings, fitness demos, a collection of over 65 health-related booths, a blood drive, product demonstrations and raffle prizes.

Designed as an interactive health forum, Total Wellness will be held on the street levels of Two, Three and Four Embarcadero Center, located between Front, Sacramento and Clay Streets.
