Unleash Your Inner Winemaker: Tour, Tastings & Seminar | Dogpatch

Dogpatch WineWorks will host a complimentary “Unleash Your Inner Winemaker” event on Thursday, August 16, 2012, at their 15,000 square foot urban winery. Having recently opened a new tasting room and wine lounge, this urban winemaking seminar will allow the public access to guided facility tours, $2 wine specials, and the chance to explore how one can become a wine maker with the help of Dogpatch WineWorks founders, Dave Gifford and Kevin Doucet.

Topics to be covered at the “Unleash Your Inner Winemaker” event will include: State-of-the-art winemaking equipment, winemaking processes & sequences, winemaking options, vineyard sourcing options, the art of wine blending, and a post-seminar Q&A with Gifford, Doucet & in-house winemakers.
