Goodman’s new novel Better Angels is a retelling for modern readers of the first known American Gay novel, Joseph and His Friend by Bayard Taylor, published in 1869.

May’s new book is the paperback edition of his short-story collection Inhuman Beings: Monsters, Myths, & Science Fiction. Dennerstein reads from her two latest books, Seahorse and Triptych Caliform, and Zaid reads from her prose chapbook The Dark Between the Stars.
