Get a jump start on your New Year’s resolution to get fit. Jog, jump, suspend, sprint, punch, stretch and push your limits at a free all-levels outdoor group fitness class at 10 am on Monday, December 31, 2012.
Free, but RSVP is required.
Meet at the Palace of Fine Arts and take off for a romp through the Presidio or Crissy Field.
The organizers hint that everyone who attends *may* be surprised and delighted at the end of this class, especially if you like yoga-inspired athletic apparel from a Vancouver-based company whose name may rhyme with lemon.
