Spend the day with a professional cooking instructor to dice, saute, flambe, and most important of all, taste your way through the world of food.

Learn how to use local ingredients and find out that healthy food is delicious. Spend a family friendly day learning to coo.

Schedule:

  • 11:00am: Gingerbread Dough and Festive Cookie Making
  • 12:00pm: Chocolate 101 – Chocolate Maker from Dandelion Chocolate gave us a chocolate lesson and taste
  • 12:30pm: DIY Candied Citrus and Homemade Butter
  • 1:30pm Knife Skills 101
  • 3:00pm: Gingerbread House construction and dating
  • 3:30pm: Chocolate Fondue Finale
