This HellaSecret comedy show takes place in a secret speakeasy “Golden State Lounge” bar in Oakland turned into a socially-distant comedy club with comfy couches, a brick fireplace, funky furnishings and lots of plants.
Food/Drinks
SEASONAL COCKTAILS: Drinks Menu has lots of fun and creative patio cocktails with rum, mezcal, tequila, vodka and whiskey. cocktails include mezcal-ginger hot toddies, hot spiced bourbon apple cider. Plus beer and wine and hibiscus and passion fruit mocktails.
DINING: The menu is updated daily with fresh and seasonal items that typically include Sauteed Cauliflower Bites, Hog Island Oysters, Guatemalan Tamales, Mushroom Risotto, Carrot Cake Waffle and Buttermilk Fried Chicken, plus burgers, wings, salads and gumbo.
To help support local bars and restaurants, there is a two drink minimum per person (Like all restaurants, a food purchase is required in order to drink alcohol)
The Comedy
It’s an 70+ minute show with five comics on the bill with credits like Cobbs, Punchline, SF Sketchfest, ABC and NBC.
