Event Details

Come and witness this year’s Latino Culture Festival and feat your eyes on El Taino, a 1980 Toyota Corolla named after an Indian from Puerto Rico. Or its Puerto Rican chief, Cacique, a 1974 Toyota Corolla from noon to 4 pm on August 19, 2017.

Surround yourself in the cultural chemistry of Fruitvale today, and its fascinating inclusivity of all cultures as you walk on Peralta Hacienda’s Historic Core.

With traditional Latin foods, music, decorations, and cars visitors of the park will be immersed in the Latin culture. There will be a DJ spinning on the turn tables and traditional salsa dancing during the event. Peralta will also have booths that range from arts & crafts to resources on educating Latinos on their human rights.

Bring the Rancho to life with your dancing shoes, empty bellies, and an interest in the art of cars.
