“Pick of the Litter” Comedy Show, Free Snacks, Live Music & DJ Party | Pacifica

Pick of the Litter comedy is a comedy show, plus live music, free food and a DJ after party. Arrive at 7:30 pm to indulge on some snacks featuring homemade spinach dip and and a deli tray. Wash those down with a variety a delicous cocktails and Beers Longboard offers.

At 8 pm the festivities kickoff with a musical performance by Phil Engstrom, who since the release of his debut album: My New Reality (available on iTunes) has been dazzling Bay Area crowds with his smooth vocals and great guitar work

Next comes huge laughs in a comedy show hosted by Kaseem Bentley (SF Punchline). Kaseem is a highly accomplished SF based comic. He has been awarded SF Weekly’s “best racial humor you don’t feel guilty laughing at”

The co-headliners of this stacked show both have done such an amazing job MCing shows at major comedy clubs that they’ve now graduated into feature acts opening for some of the top acts in the country including Marlon Wayans, Joey Diaz and more.

• Butch Escobar (SJ Improv, Cobbs) is a great storyteller with a warm stage presence that has made him one of the most in demand acts In the Bay. He was naned “Best comic in the Bay” by Metro Magazine.
• Stroy Moyd is a comic who’s so accomplished you don’t write paragraphs about him you simply list his credentials and say come enjoy his comedy before he moves to LA and gets Hella Famous

These headliners will be preceded by a feature set by Up and coming Pacifica Native, Kekoa O’Brien. Kekoa’s clever joke writing have made his self deprecating tales of a married blue collared BRO highly enjoyable bay audiences

Once the comedy ends I hope you have your dancing shoes, because DJs will be spinning until last call.
