Summer Pop-Up Meditations | SF

This Summer 2019 Kadampa Meditation Center is working with local businesses to bring basic meditation and more peace and clarity into what can often seem like a crazy and overstimulated world.

Please join at one of the many locations around San Francisco for a 15-20 minute free basic guided meditation suitable for everyone.

Everyone welcome. No meditation experience needed. The meditation will be guided and “meditation tip” cards will be handed out. Seating on the grass. You may want to bring something to sit on.
