Menlo Park | 4th of July Parade and Celebration | 2014

Join in on the 2014 Menlo Park July 4th Parade on Friday, July 4, 2014.

This small town, fun-filled parade begins at 11:45 am from the parking lot on Chestnut Street at Santa Cruz Avenue (behind the Wells Fargo bank).

Decorate your bike, tricycle, wagon, golf cart, or float and parade down Santa Cruz Avenue to Burgess Park.

After the parade, stick around for a 4th of July celebration in Burgess Park (Alma & Burgess Ave.) from noon-2:30 pm. There will be food, live music from yacht rock act Mustache Harbor, games and many fun activities including inflatable jump houses, giant slides, crafts, face painting, rock walls, and laser tag. Food and drink can be purchased from one of the many community vendors.

For 2014, a $7 wristband can be purchased for some activities at the celebration (most likely kids activities). The wristband will be sold at the event and at the parade. To buy tickets in advance, go the Arrillaga Family Gymnasium at 600 Alma Street; M-F: 8 am-5 pm.
