9th Annual “No Pants” BART Ride Day | San Francisco

The 9th Annual No Pants! Subway Ride will take place on Sunday, January 10th in San Francisco. The whole point to is ride BART without any pants (wear interesting undies and colorful socks) but to act completely normal.
In the past everyone boarded at 16th and Mission, but this year the No Pants ride will start spread things out with everyone boarding the same train at the stop of their choice along the Pittsburg/Bay Point line coming from San Bruno and ending at Embarcadero Station.
- Phase I – BART: Everyone arrive at Embarcadero Station at 2:16pm
- Phase II – San Francisco Muni Metro: Beginning at 2:30pm at Embarcadero Station the whole pantsless crew will switch to Muni and continue to travel throughout San Francisco aboard a Muni Metro train
Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Train Times: Board the train at any station below at the corresponding time -

Cost: Free, but bring Muni and BART fare
Attire: No pants! But wear interesting socks and undergarments and comfortable shoes.This is a DIY sort of event, so details might fluctuate.
Note for East Bay Participants: Update! there is an organized pantless train which will arrive at Embarcadero BART station at 2:11pm. Afterwards, head to Muni with a $2 fare to meet up with all of the Peninsula and SF pantsless barters and continue your journey on Muni.

Update! We finally have train times for the East Bay trains coming into San Francisco. Train leaves Concord at 1:27pm and arrives at Embarcadero at 2:11pm. (see schedule above)
If you can’t make this train, don’t worry! There’s a whole other Phase II aboard an SF Muni Metro train beginning at Embarcadero Station starting at 2:30pm
