“Escape Alcatraz, ”a brand new drop ride and show located below sea level on Fisherman’s Wharf, debuts on Halloween Weekend 2016 at The San Francisco Dungeon.

FREE to the first 300 guests to arrive in costume on opening day, 10/28 at 11 am. Bay Area resident adult tickets start at $16.

The ride creates a thrilling new finale to the 60-minute Dungeon experience complete with fresh sets, script, characters and costumes that culminates in a heart-pounding drop that simulates an escape jump from the infamous island prison into the frigid and choppy waters of the San Francisco Bay. The San Francisco Dungeon brings to life the dark and sinister stories of the infamous Barbary Coast with a full theatrical cast, special effects, gripping storytelling, and 360-degree sets where the audience is part of the show.
