Free Hot Dog Day | Inner Richmond
EVENT UPDATE: There are no upcoming events known for this event series - please check the organizer website for any updates.
Sadly, the Frankenart Mart closed in February 2016 after 10 fun years.
The Frankenart Mart is a quirky “only in San Francisco” type of art gallery in the Inner Richmond. Not only do they have curious one-of-a-kind participatory art projects, but once a month there’s free hot dogs. Cat hair toppings are available.
Keep in mind, this is a teeny tiny (250 sq. feet) art gallery. So if you’re interested in strange and wonderful little art projects, this is a fun place to spend part of your Sunday and munch on a free dog.
Free Hot Dog Day
Usually the first Sunday of the month | 1-6 pm (check the schedule)
Frankenart Mart, 515 Balboa St, San Francisco
FREE
Every month, Frankenart Mart gives away free beef and veggie dogs to all visitors who want one. There’s a bit of a rivalry going on between the two – scorewise.Though veggie has come very close, beef has historically won out.
