On Saturday, October 20, 2012, something new will take over the Lower Haight: the Urban Air Market.

Haight Street from Webster to Pierce will be closed to auto traffic. Instead, the street will be lined with booths featuring 200+ independent designers selling clothing, accessories, jewelry, and other items.

The Urban Air Market is as a curated marketplace for sustainable design that typically descends upon Hayes Valley twice a year but on 10.20.12 it will make its debut in the Lower Haight.
