Join us for a free event to learn how to make sauerkraut: an easy-to-make traditional healing food with many benefits including optimizing digestion and boosting the immune system. Class taught by Marisol Kim, Certified Nutrition Consultant and Chef & Daniela Freda, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist
