Mad Science Valentine: Cocktails, Grafters & DIY Cosmetics | Oakland

Come join them for an evening full of Valentine’s workshops with the mad scientists at Counter Culture Labs. Individual workshops are $10-15 each. Please sign up through Meetup.

• 6-7pm: Celebrate Spring with the Guerilla Grafters. The Guerrilla Grafters graft fruit bearing branches onto non-fruit bearing ornamental fruit trees around town. Over time, delicious, nutritious fruit is made available to urban residents through these grafts.
• 7-8pm: Build a Steampunk lamp. Put some more Glow in your life. Join them to upcycle some gorgeous giant light bulbs into a steampunk lamp.
• 8-9pm: DIY cosmetics. Learn about the science of cosmetics, and make a Valentine themed bathbomb. 
• 9-10pm: Mad Science cocktails. Join them for this after-hours workshop to play around with some crazy-ass drinks.
