Milpitas’ Fourth of July Red, White, and Boom is back and bigger than ever. Each year, the residents and visitors come together to celebrate America’s birthday at our largest annual event. This year’s celebration is especially meaningful as our nation marks the 250th anniversary of the United States. We are proud to host one of the few remaining City-sponsored fireworks displays in the Bay Area. It will be an unforgettable evening as a spectacular professional fireworks show illuminates the night sky above the beautiful Milpitas hills.

There will be live music, a DJ, and activities for all ages throughout the evening. A complete list of activities is provided below. Guests can also enjoy a variety of delicious offerings from local food trucks serving a wide range of food and refreshments

The live music kicks off with Mercy & The Heartbeats, a high-energy dance band performing crowd favorites from the ’70s and ’80s, beloved ’90s sing-alongs, and today’s biggest radio hits. Headlining this year’s celebration is MarchFourth, a larger-than-life ensemble featuring 15 musicians, dancers, and acrobats. Known for their electrifying stage presence, they deliver a dynamic blend of brassy funk, rock, and jazz that will have the whole crowd moving and grooving.

Red, White & Boom is Milpitas’ signature summer celebration, bringing the community together for an evening of entertainment, family fun, and patriotic spirit. Gather your family and friends and join us for a memorable night you will not want to miss.

• Water Slide: Cool off from the summer heat with a ride down our water slide. Splash into fun and make a refreshing memory during the July 4th celebration.
• Jacob’s Ladder: Challenge your balance, coordination, and determination on the Jacob’s Ladder. Race against friends to see who can reach the top without falling off.
• American Gladiator Joust: Step onto the platform and test your skills in this friendly head-to-head jousting challenge. Use padded jousting poles to see who can maintain their balance and claim victory.
• Axe Throwing Game: Try your hand at our axe throwing game designed for all ages. Aim for the target, score points, and see if you have what it takes to hit the bullseye.
• Football Challenge: Show off your quarterback skills in this fun football accuracy challenge. Take your best shot at hitting targets and compete for bragging rights with family and friends.
• High Striker: Ring the bell and test your strength with this classic carnival favorite. Swing the mallet, watch the marker climb, and see if you have what it takes to reach the top.
• Carnival Games: Enjoy a variety of classic carnival games with fun prizes and challenges for all ages. From skill-based contests to family-friendly favorites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
