Event Details

Take Back the Night is an event to raise awareness about sexual assault in the East Bay area. It is a time for survivors and allies to come together and speak out against this epidemic in the society. Furthermore, it is a time for survivors to seek support from others in the community.

They invite everyone to come- women, men, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, friends, family, children, teenagers, adults. At the event, there will be resources for survivors and allies: a self-defense class, yoga class, massage therapy, and art therapy. There will also be music, speakers, food, drink, and a childcare area so that parents can fully immerse themselves in the activities.

Free but an RSVP is recommended.
