San Francisco-based blues-rock outfit Ride the Blinds have released two albums on the Klepto label. Both 2004’s eponymous debut and 2006’s Start Running have earned the group critical acclaim, as well as favorable comparisons to legendary acts like the Faces, the Rolling Stones, and Led Zeppelin, as well as contemporary classic rock bands like the Black Crowes.
The Richmond Sluts may hail from SF, but their hearts are far off in New York City, and their heads are stuck in other decades entirely.
Hot Lunch is a punk ‘n’ roll band from the SF/Oakland Bay Area that specializes in getting loud, getting weird, and getting rad.
