If you’re looking for a reason to wear that Uncle Sam costume you’ve got in your closet, then Saratoga’s 2012 Independence Day Observance is the place for you. Being held at Kevin Moran Park, the event will feature a Color Guard presentation of the flag, patriotic song sing-alongs, actors dressed as historical characters and free popsicles.
