On the first Thursday of the month (and also on the third Thursday), get some laughs in at The Smart Culture Show at the Starline Social Club in Oakland.
Each month, they bring you a fresh lineup of some of the Bay Area’s best comedians. Admission is $5.
February’s theme is theater (or theatre if you prefer). The Smart Culture Show has curated a lineup of local comedians ready to explore the world of drama through comedy.
The featured players this month include classically-trained stage actor Brandon Garner, professional costume designer Allison Mick, and rough-and-tumble set dresser Peter O’Connell. The headliner will be the highly-praised and world-renowned playwright Scott Vermeire.
