GenRyu Arts in partnership with Japan Center Malls is proud to present the return of  Japan Week in its 14th season. From June 15 – 20, 2025 experience Japanese culture through music, dance, arts and crafts demonstrations, workshops and performances at Japan Center Malls.

  • Sunday, June 15th, 4pm Concert with Francis Wong, Melody Takata, MatsuQ Nozawa and Chris Trinidad – Living the Work: Ghosts of Little Boy
  • Monday, June 16th, 4pm Learn How to Wear a Kimono
  • Tuesday, June 17th, 4pm Origami Workshop
  • Wednesday, June 18th, 4pm Sashiko (Japanese Embroidery) Workshop
  • Thursday, June 19th, 4pm Gidayu shamisen Demonstration
  • Friday, June 20th, 4pm Performance: Generations of Joy Through Drumming & Dance
