$3 Pints at SF’s “Anchor Steam Week” (Aug. 15-22)
August 15-August 22, Anchor Brewing Company continues celebrating their 125th anniversary during their seventh annual Steam Week, taking place Sunday, August 15 through Sunday, August 22. First announced by the Mayor’s office of San Francisco in 2015 to honor the brewery’s indelible mark on the city and pioneering role in the craft beer movement with its ground-breaking Anchor Steam® beer, the Anchor team looks forward to toasting with the community in-person following last year’s all-virtual festivities. To commemorate the occasion, Anchor is offering $3 pints of its iconic Anchor Steam® all week at their Public Taps taproom, hosting pop-ups with their friends at Midnite Bagels, Hog Island Oyster Co. and Frank Grizzly’s, in addition to programming with artist Jeremy Fish and SF Social Sports. Festivities are intended to celebrate the Bay Area’s makers and creatives, and the vibrant culture of Anchor’s hometown.
