5th Annual Latke Throwdown at Bardessono Hotel & Spa

Bardessono Hotel & Spa will be hosting the 5th annual Latke Throwdown, a holiday tradition celebrating delicious latkes and community spirit. Guests will watch top local chefs, including Bardessono’s Executive Chef Rick Edge of Lucy Restaurant and Bar, compete in a friendly but fierce latke-making contest, where competitors will have approximately 30 minutes to create the ultimate latke. Guests will have the chance to sample the contenders’ creations and witness the crowning of the winner, who will be awarded the coveted Golden Spatula. This year’s judges panel is comprised of past Latke Throwdown winners alongside local chefs and tastemakers, who will judge competitors in three categories: creativity, presentation and taste
