Thursday, October 31, 2019, the Lower Polk Community Benefit District – LPCBD and Juanita More are teaming up to host a Halloween Block Party that will pay homage to Polk Street’s past as the destination for the community, especially on Halloween.
The event will feature live music courtesy of Music City SF, dancing, food and drink, a costume contest, and a photo booth. The event will be free and open to the public.
