Event Details

What are you pissed off about?

What can’t you bear to deal with any longer?

What do you want to change?

For most of us, to speak the number of things that do not work at school, in our communities, and even in our own homes, there would not be enough time in the day.

But what would happen if you tried? What if instead of dealing with it on your own, you had the space, a team, and the time to let it all come out?

If you take this radical step, you might discover deep longings in your heart. Projects you’re ready to start. Or chapters of your life you are ready to end. You might even notice that what you are angry about is what you care about.

Most people deal with their anger in two ways:

1. They cover it up and pretend it doesn’t exist. Anger is bad! They struggle to hold their boundaries, rarely voice their no’s, and act as people pleaser’s or doormats.

2. They cannot control it and they “see red.”  Their anger comes out as destructive, outbursts, or even violent.

Rage Club is a transformational practice space for you to let your anger up, let it speak, and to transform it into something that serves your life and the lives of those around you. It is an experiential workshop. We will feel and express together and practice with lower and higher levels of anger.

Your anger is your life energy and it is tremendously useful. You can use it to create what you really care about in the world. To stop injustices from happening. To say no!, yes!, and stop! You use it to be committed to others, to take your voice back, to find purpose, and to take a stand for what you love.

When you can flow your anger, you get access to a wild, unrelenting force of aliveness, and a tender part of your heart.
