Joshua Koltan, an expert on intellectual property, is presenting “From the Federalist Papers to Wikileaks: Anonymous Speech, Confidential Sources, and the First Amendment.”

About the Speaker: Joshua Koltun
A general commercial litigator whose practice has focused on media, intellectual property, advertising/trade practices, unfair competition, privacy/ecommerce, and consumer law. His pro bono work has included First Amendment work, civil rights litigation, a death penalty appeal, and human rights litigation in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Swaziland.
