Mama’s Royal Cafe in Oakland hosts their Annual Napkin Art Contest. Unfortunately there’s no “event” per se, but since it sounds like a fun contest and the prizes are decent, so we thought we’d post and let you know.

Contest Rules

  • Any paper napkin can be used
  • Entry deadline: March 31
  • Prizes awarded: April 15
  • Limit five entries per person
  • All entries become property of Mama’s Royal
  • Each entry must be submitted in an appropriately sized envelope
  • Decisions of judges are final.

Prizes

  • 1st Prize – $400
  • 2nd Prize – $200
  • 3rd Prize – $100
  • 25 Honorable Mentions – Breakfast or Lunch for Two
