Your Sun and your Moon are not personality traits. They are figures. They have faces, postures, voices. They have been with you your whole life, and most of us have never actually met them.

This workshop is an invitation to do exactly that.

Over three hours on the longest day of the year, we’ll move through:

— A short grounding in what the Sun and Moon actually are in your chart (no prior astrology knowledge required)

— A guided group meditation using active imagination, where you’ll encounter your Sun figure and your Moon figure directly

— An open studio session where you’ll render what you met — in watercolor, in collage, on the page — with materials provided

You’ll leave with two pieces of art, a notebook full of contact, and a different relationship to the two most important bodies in your chart.

This is the IRL version of the work we do every week on the Parts & Charts podcast. Chelsea brings the depth-psychological grounding. KP brings the chart. You bring whatever you’re carrying.

**Who this is for**

Astrology-curious people, creative people, podcast listeners, the chart-skeptical and the chart-fluent alike. No experience with astrology, meditation, or art-making required. Bring yourself.

**What’s included**

All materials (watercolor, collage, paper, prompts). A printout of your Sun and Moon placements. Tea.

**What to bring**

A notebook you like writing in. Anything tender you want to be in the room with.

Chelsea Owens is a licensed therapist trained in IFS and art therapy. KP Kaszubowski is a Hellenistic astrologer, MFA poet, and creator of the Astro Parts Method. Together they host Parts & Charts, a podcast at the intersection of astrology, Internal Family Systems, and depth psychology.
