From coining the term “player hater” to launching the careers of some of the most beloved players in hip-hop, the Bay Area is the home of game. We’re celebrating that by having a game night!
If you think you’ve got Bay Area hip-hop on lock, put it to the test when Rightnowish’s Pendarvis Harshaw and Marisol Medina-Cadena host a trivia night with games, a DJ and much more. Prizes will go to players who drop the most knowledge. And topping off the event is a special conversation between hip-hop historian Eric K. Arnold and Vallejo’s Mac Mall – co-writer with JT the Bigga Figga of the 1994 hit song, “Game Recognize Game.”
