What’s better than a beach workout?! A beach workout for a good cause! Perfect for burning some calories and getting over the Turkey hangover a few days after Thanksgiving.

The class will be a combo of yoga, cardio, stretching & more. Afterwards we will be doing a beach clean up with @surfridersf Bring your friends and family!
