Just starting out? Then this class is for you. Join us for a gentle, flowing, relaxing afternoon slowly connecting with your body. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat. Free. Gratuity welcome.
Our instructor, Nicholas Rico is a committed lifetime student and practitioner of Yoga and Kinesiology. His strong background of human anatomy and exercise performance, especially as it relates to the movement and meditation in yoga, will ensure that the class will be tailored to your pace.
