For one night only, you’ll be treated to a relaxing in-person event (finally!) with live comedy and music. This event is taking place in Menlo Park right outside of Cafe Zoë, which will be providing snacks during the show, with alcoholic beverages available for purchase. We’ll open the night with a stand-up routine from new 350 Silicon Valley volunteer Prateek Kohli, followed by a musical performance from award-winning singer-songwriter Deborah Levoy. Both the comedy and music sets will briefly touch on the topic of the climate.
Seating is very limited for this event, so be sure to register today! Each ticket is for one seat to the event.
All money raised through ticket sales will go to 350 Silicon Valley, a Bay Area nonprofit working on local, state, and national levels to combat the climate crisis. A portion of alcohol sales will go directly to 350 Silicon Valley. 350 Silicon Valley is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. (Tax ID number 81-4692374.)
About Deborah Levoy:
Award-winning singer-songwriter Deborah Levoy’s soulful folk/jazz is fierce and fearless, dreamy and delicate, joyful and plaintive all at once. Her lyrics radiate intelligence and a poet’s love for language. Levoy’s soon-to-be-released fourth album, In This Canyon, draws on her love of wild places and her work as a climate activist, exploring all that she loves and all we stand to lose. Recorded in collaboration with sound engineer and multi-instrumentalist Doug Pohorski, Canyon, is a lush soundscape of vocals, guitar, piano, acoustic bass, cello, and violin. Levoy lives in San José, California.
About Prateek Kohli:
Prateek Kohli is a San José comic originally from Delhi, India. He moved here in 2019, and also works to fight internet abuse.
He is inspired by Hasan Minhaj, and tries to tell stories of the world through comedy.
