Bu Falle is a West African dance company directed by Amadou Diawara. A native of Senegal, Amadou began his career with the world-renowned West African drum and dance company, Bougarabou. In 1992, the artistic director invited Amadou to begin studying and performing with Bougarabou’s African Ballet Company. After moving to the United States and performing all over the country, Amadou has relocated to San Francisco, where he and the ensemble perform and teach throughout the Bay Area.
