Come and learn preventative action skills and essential self-defense techniques in a bully prevention seminar.

If you or your child are having problems with bullies, this is a great way to find out how to stop and prevent this from happening. There will be a discussion on how to communicate with others to prevent bullying in schools, workplaces and communities, and a hands-on demonstration of simple self-defense techniques.

Free but an RSVP is required.
